Interdenominational Carol Service
Our 5th class choir took part in a special interdenominational service held in St. Patrick’s Church on Tuesday 11th December. They sang two beautiful Christmas carols for the congregation and we were very proud of their performance. Sincere thanks to Mrs Gallagher who prepares this choir for all their choral events.
Schools’ Carol Service
St. Joseph’s Church was packed to capacity on Thursday night, 13th December, for the Schools’ Christmas Carol Service. Our 5th class choir joined with choirs from St. Louis Infant and St. Mary’s Boys’ Schools in a wonderful celebration of the Christmas story through music and readings. We are grateful to Mrs Gallagher, Mrs McCarville and Mrs Deeney for preparing the children for this occasion, to the musicians who provided the accompaniment and to Fr. Leo Creelman for all his assistance.
